Are you a women 35+ who’s trying to build new habits, curious on strength training and proper form, want to learn how to structure your workouts? You’re not alone and it’s not just a part of aging, peri/menopause or desk job culture.
I help women regain confidence, strong posture, build strength and increase mobility. Together we learn to navigate nutrition to work with midlife hormone changes, lower A1C, blood pressure, cholesterol and build habits to improve energy, reduce daily aches, pains, and build pelvic floor muscles to decrease dysfunction. Together, we cultivate a vision to support your health goals without overwhelm.
My coaching programs focus on two things that matter most:
Foundational movement - improving mobility, stability, and strength so your body feels supported instead of beat up.
Behavior Change - because exercise alone in midlife isn’t enough. When sleep, nutrition, stress management, and daily habits are out of balance, it’s harder to feel strong, energized, and fully capable. True wellness comes from supporting the whole picture.

Reset & Rebuild
This 12 week program combines the power of Health Coaching with Corrective Exercise, Strength, and Mobility programming. It starts with a personalized movement assessment and zoom check in call. We identify structural imbalances and movement inefficiencies helping clients move better and get stronger for each persons personal goals. Designed for women with focus on “feeling better in their body” strength, mobility, stability, energy, confidence, motivation, and stress reduction.
Each package includes:
2x 60-minute training plans each week for at home, travel, yard, or local gym workouts.
1v1 Zoom coaching — 30min catch up calls to focus on adjustments, mindset, motivation, and foot forward progress.
Guidance in all 8 dimensions of wellness.
Access to a private video library with step-by-step form demonstrations on each exercise.
Coaching cues and feedback so you feel confident and safe performing every movement.
This isn’t a random template, it is intentional programming designed to help you move better, build strength, and feel results.

While this program does not include 1:1 coaching calls, nutrition advice, mindset / motivation, sleep, or stress reduction coaching it does provide the same thoughtful programming you’d expect from high-level concierge training to improve mobility, stability, balance, core, and strength—in a flexible, affordable format.
