I’m someone who truly gets it not just from textbooks or certifications, but from lived experience.

So I’ll go first.

I didn’t build White Dot Wellness because I love coaching.
I built it because I spent my life with a front row seat watching women I love get dismissed, overlooked, and told “everything looks normal” when they knew something wasn’t right.

For decades, women especially in midlife have been handed surface-level advice, rushed appointments, and solutions that don’t actually solve anything.

I get it

There are 8 dimensions of wellness and I grew up in a family that had support in 0/8 categories, where access to healthcare was shaped by financial strain, tight timelines or profit first protocols.

I was raised watching a bright, fun-loving mother slowly lose pieces of herself because she lived in a system that didn’t listen or prioritize women’s health.

But this isn’t my mom’s midlife era anymore. It’s mine, and yours.
Together we will build midlife momentum.

Proudly from Appalachia, in the foothills of the Blue Ridge from a town whose claim to fame is “ moonshine capital of the world” where tradition runs deep, and so do the patterns that shape our health.

I didn’t just study this work I lived it, and I watched it unfold all around me.

I saw culture slowly turn into metabolic syndrome and chronic inflammation. I watched vibrant women wake up one day and no longer recognize the body staring back at them and the advice they were given?
“Change your diet. Exercise more.”
No guidance. No support. No real plan.

I watched “I’ll start next month” quietly turn into next year…
Then into missed moments…
Then into opportunities that never came back.

I’ve witnessed some of the hardest-working women carry chronic pain like it was just part of life.
The advice given “stretch more, workout”

Until one day it became:
“I can’t get up off the floor.”
“I can’t pick up my grandkids.”

I’ve seen substance use become a coping mechanism, not a choice. I’ve watched women slowly let go of goals they once deeply cared about because no one ever showed them another way.


Aging is inevitable and strength isn’t always what it looks like.

I learned young a strong exterior can hide a fragile foundation.
I believed I was an oak tree, powerful, resilient, unshakable. And in many ways, I was. I’ve always been a naturally gifted athlete.

But under the weight of repetitive stress, injuries, pressure, the truth showed up.
My roots weren’t as deep as I thought. They were undertrained, tangled, and unprepared for the support I was asking for.

That realization changed everything.

That’s when I became the client.

Injuries turned into chronic pain and deeper imbalances. I felt stuck physically, emotionally. It was frustrating, isolating, but I flipped the script - turned rage into empowerment.

That’s why I created White Dot Wellness.

Because this isn’t about willpower.
It’s about access.
It’s about guidance.
It’s about giving women support.

I built this for the women who are done waiting for “someday.”
For the ones who know there’s more life left to live and want a body that can keep up with it.

This isn’t surface-level fitness.
This is about reclaiming strength, confidence, and control before “later” turns into never.
