The first step is not staying where you are at.
Before enrolling, please understand this is a minimum 12-week commitment. Science consistently shows that meaningful, lasting changes in strength, mobility, and body composition require at least three months of consistent effort. This program is designed with that timeline in mind.
All that’s required to participate is bodyweight. However, resistance bands, TRX, kettlebells, and dumbbells are strongly encouraged.
