Before scheduling your 30/30 Reset & Rebuild session, please ensure your home has adequate open space to accommodate both a full-size massage table and an area for guided corrective exercises. This session includes hands-on bodywork, stretching and personalized exercises, so clear floor space is essential for a smooth and effective experience.

All sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. Please be prepared and ready upon arrival, as late starts will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to be issued a refund. When you book, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
